Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm
Rates are charged by the hour or by a fixed charge rate. After the first hour, we charge by 15-minute intervals where possible.
General Plumbing
- £95 + VAT for the first hour, or part of
- £23.75 + VAT per 15 minutes thereafter
Heating & Gas Services
- £105 + VAT for the first hour, or part of
- £26.25 + VAT per 15 minutes thereafter
Out of Hours Rates
Emergency and out-of-hours rates for evenings, weekends and urgent support.
Evening & Saturday Rate
Monday to Friday 5pm - 9pm & Saturday 8am - 5pm- £130.00 + VAT for the first hour, or part of
- £32.50 + VAT per 15 minutes thereafter
Overnight & Weekend Rate
Monday to Friday 9pm - 8am & Saturday 5pm to Monday 8am- £180.00 + VAT for the first hour, or part of
- £45.50 + VAT per 15 minutes thereafter
Additional Information
- Materials, parking and congestion will be added to the total cost.
- Materials will be charged at cost + 20%.
- Minimum charge is 1 hour and reasonable time may be charged for acquiring materials if needed.
